Challenge: Precision Mechanical Solutions had an archaic backend used by admin and agents to manage all aspects of the business such as time sheets, clients, work orders and equipment. The site needed a visual face lift and most importantly a complete reexamination of the user flow.

Challenge: Laicos product development requested a solution for stadium attendees to order food and merchandise directly to their seat to create the best fan experience by eliminating time away from the attraction.
Solution: A mobile app with enticing visuals to engage the user to order items. Simple tap to order, smooth checkout and easy registration to save payment information making it as easy as possible for the user.

Challenge: The client is opening up a sandwich shop in SoHo Tampa with a rustic feel where he intends to sell gourmet cheese melts.
Solution: Complete brand package including logo and menu design.

Solution: We wanted something that differed from our main site. We decided to go with a paginated website with bright colors and large text that fit our simple messaging. Subtle animations are scattered throughout so as the pages wouldn’t seem too stale in hopes to keep the viewers interest.
Just because many icons are available online doesn't mean you need to use them. These icons were made for internal use at Laicos as well as client projects.
Challenge: Bayshore Solutions asked us at Laicos to handle the mobile app development for the social network site they created for the Talented Human team.
Solution: Taking the existing branding I worked though wireframes and user flowcharts to create an app that engages the user to socialize by remaining simple and without the bloat that plagues many of the current social media apps today.
Challenge: Long time personal client Florida Orange Groves Winery was starting a new line of Sparkling Wine. The goal was to have a label that was sleek and classy; that this was in a higher price tier.
Solution: Simple and elegant labels that were versatile and showcased the main ingredient front and center complimented by beautiful typography.
Challenge: The non-profit Insurance Institute for Business and Home Safety need a long over due refresh to their front end and back end website. Also a revival of their long dead mobile app that assists agents in the field.
Solution: Started with refreshing the brand guidelines and a discovery session to decide the needs of the client and users. The result is a responsive website with engaging visuals and powerful user flow to create the best user engagement for both front facing and back end users. Also the creation of a simple to use mobile and tablet app for iOS/Android for field agents.
